2. Non-Returnable Items

   Downloadable software or digital products
   Personalized or custom-made products
   Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants
3. Return Process
   To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

   You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for sending your item back.
   Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
   Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
   If you would like to exchange an item for the same item in a different size, color, or variant, please indicate this when contacting Customer Support. Exchanges are subject to item availability.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
